Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Garissa County is set to begin its coaching course today in what marks a major milestone for football development in the region.
The training, which will run from March 23 to March 27 at Garissa High School, is aimed at building the capacity of local coaches and strengthening grassroots football structures across the county.
The initiative is being spearheaded by FKF Garissa County Chairman Abdullahi Ahmed, popularly known as Solo, and is expected to play a key role in nurturing talent, sharpening technical skills, and laying a stronger foundation for the growth of the game in Garissa.
Participants and football stakeholders have welcomed the course as a timely step toward empowering local trainers and boosting the standards of football development in the county.
