The opening session was attended by Garissa Governor Nathif Jama, Mombasa Governor Abdulswamad Shariff Nassir, Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale, alongside other national and county leaders.

The forum aims to enhance collaboration among stakeholders in advancing the objectives of devolution, promoting sustainable development and ensuring equitable access to public services for all Kenyans.
